Overview [2017]
Smartlinx is a complete workforce end to end HR solution, consisting of both hardware and software products to streamline operations and reduce risk.
As a UI Designer I worked with both product managers and developers to enhance the look and organizational structure of the 7th update to their SaaS product.
System Architecture
Challenge
From the organizational map to the left you can see there was a ton of different menus to this product. My challenge was to develop a navigation UI that would cater to breadth of so many different fucntions.
Solution
Along with PMs we decided that a tiered side menu with an appropriate taxonomy would allow for the most straightforward representation of all the menus. For Users that forgot where each screen was nested they could always use the search function.
